How did you get started in web hosting?
I had some financial problems and took a chance when I joined the InMotion Hosting team to further my career.
InMotion Hosting helped me get back on my feet and gave me a community of problem solvers and a skill set I didn’t have before.
What is your current role at InMotion Hosting? What do you like most about it?
Extended product support.
What I enjoy most about my current position is the role I have in helping our first-tier agents. I can provide you with useful tips, tools and help to solve the problem. Helping people is what I enjoy most about my current position.
What do you think it takes to make a customer happy?
Listening to a customer is one of the best things you can do. I have learned that customer satisfaction is best achieved by just listening and resolving the issue as quickly as possible. If everything is green and there are no persistent problems, the customer is as happy as can be.
What is the one tool that you think is the most useful for our customers?
Our support system. Sometimes customers need help, we are just a click away, and since we have round-the-clock service, it allows customers to get help after breakfast, after lunch, or even at four in the morning.
We are happy to help you. And because most of our customers are entrepreneurs, we can help customers’ lives and help with projects related to all areas of life.
What is your favorite thing about InMotion Hosting?
Community and teammates will help me. Sometimes I don’t have all the answers, so getting some extra help is always helpful. We have sub-communities for special interests that also provide a wealth of knowledge that any of us can share.
