What is your current role at InMotion Hosting? What do you like most about it?
My current role is Customer Success Supervisor. I like being able to help improve the company, employee workflow, and customer experience.
One of the reasons I enjoy my job is its constant variety. Each day presents a unique experience as I work with different people and departments. I also have the opportunity to constantly learn new things.
What do you think it takes to make a customer happy?
It’s important to listen to your customers and make them feel important.
What is the one tool that you think is the most useful for our customers?
AMP because it gives users fast access to their web hosting.

What’s the coolest gadget you own, want to own, or have read about?
Smart Home Appliances Most of my home is connected to Google.
What would you like to say about yourself?
If I can get from T1 through APS to a supervisor position, anyone can do it. You just have to set goals, put in the work, and keep learning.
